Sunday Sparkling Yogini Yoga Sequence

*Warm your body up with 5-10 Sun Salutations*

(Hold each of the following poses 3-5 breaths)

*Downward facing dog*

*Lift your left leg up and move into Wild Thing~or flip the dog*

*Come back to a 3 legged dog with the left leg lifted*

*Swing it through to a lunge w/ hands still on the floor*

*Hop switch the legs 3 times so the right leg is now in front*

*Plant the back foot and come into Warrior 1*

*Eagle pose~left leg over, left arm under*

*Warrior 3~right leg grounded*

*Warrior 1*

*Warrior 2*

*Triangle*

*Half Moon*

*Standing Split*

*High Lunge*

*Downward Facing dog*

(Repeat on the other side by lifting the right leg)
