Sunday Sparkling Yogini Yoga Sequence-Floor Sequence

(From a seated position on the floor–hold each pose 5 breaths)

*Boat pose*

*Reverse Plank*

*Seated Forward Fold*

(Repeat the above 3 poses 3 times)

*Butterfly pose*

*Wide Leg Boat Pose holding big toes w/ 1st 2 fingers*

*Wide Leg Forward Fold*

(Lay Down on Your Back)

*Bridge Pose* (3 times–last time use a block for restorative bridge)

*Half Happy Baby-w/right leg lifted*

*Reclined big toe pose w/right leg lifted*

*Supine Twist-right leg crosses body-w/ the option of bending the left knee and grabbing the left foot w/ the right hand*

(Repeat all with left leg lifted from Half Happy Baby*

*Savasana for 5 minutes*
