Sunday Sparkling Yogini Yoga Sequence

Begin with 5-10 Sun Salutations to warm up your body.

(hold the following poses 3-5 breaths)

*Mountain Pose*

*Standing Forward Fold*

(with hands on floor, step back with your right leg)

*High Lunge*

*Revolved Side Angle*

*Warrior 2*

(turn to face right, long side of mat)

*Goddess Pose*

*Wide Leg Forward Fold with hands clasped behind your back*

(Come up slowly to standing, and turn left foot toward front of mat.)

*Eagle Pose-right leg over, right arm under*

(Try to transition to the next pose without putting your right foot down.)

*Warrior 3*

*Mountain Pose*

(Repeat entire sequence on the other side.)
