Sunday Sparkling Yogini Yoga Sequence

Begin by warming up your body with 5-10 Sun Salutations

(Hold each of the following poses 3-5 breaths)

*Moutain Pose*

*Chair Pose*

*Revolved Chair Pose (face the right)*

(Lift your left foot off the floor towards your bottom, and carefully step back)

*Revolved Side Angle Pose*

(Place your left arm down on the inside of your right leg)

*Side Plank Pose~left arm down right arm up*

*Plank Pose*

(Step forward with your right leg)

*Low Lunge*

*Half Split*

*High Lunge*

(Step your left foot forward into standing forward fold)

(Grab the big toe of your left foot and gently lift)

*Standing Big Toe Pose*

*Tree pose*

*Mountain Pose*

(repeat all on other side)

Breathe.  Breathe.  Breathe.
