Sunday Sparkling Yogini Yoga Sequence

Warm up your body with 5-10 Sun Salutations

(hold the following poses 3-5 breaths)

*Downward facing dog*

*Lift your right leg and flip the dog~or wild thing*

*3 Legged Dog w/ Right leg lifted*

*Plank w/ right knee into chest*

*Fallen Triangle*

*Fallen Warrior*

*3 Legged Dog w/ Right leg lifted*

*Plank w/ right knee into chest*

*One Legged Pigeon~if you’d like to add a twisting variation, bring your left elbow to the ground toward your right knee, place your hands in a prayer position and twist to the right*

*3 legged downward facing dog w/ right leg lifted*

*Flip the dog~or wildthing*

*Downward facing dog*

(Repeat all on other side)

Breathe Deeply and Let. Go.
