Sunday Sparkling Yogini Yoga Sequence

***This is a mandala (circular) sequence today.  Enjoy!**

*Warm up with 5-10 Sun Salutations*

*From Downward Facing Dog, swing your left leg forward into a High Lunge*

*Standing Split~left leg grounded*

*Low Lunge w/ hands on the floor~left leg is still forward*

*Walk your hands and body to face the right, long side of mat*

*Lunge from side to side facing the long side of mat 3 times-the 3rd time your right knee is bent and left leg is straight out to the side*

*Face the back wall and come into a high lunge with the right knee bent*

*Revolved Side Angle*

*Plank*

*Downward Facing Dog*

*Swing your left leg forward into a low lunge*

*Pigeon pose with left leg forward*

*Downward Facing Dog*

*Swing left leg forward again into a Lunge w/ hands on the floor*

*Walk your hands and body to face the right, long side of mat*

*Wide leg forward fold*

*Walk your hands and body to face front with right leg leading*

*High Lunge*

*Plank*

*Downward Facing Dog*

*Child’s Pose*

(Repeat all going the other direction)
