Sunday Sparkling Yogini Yoga Sequence
Begin with 5-10 Sun Salutations to get your body warmed up.
*Lift up onto all fours~knees under hips, wrists under shoulders*
*From all fours, lift your right arm forward and left leg backward and hold*
*From all fours, lift your left arm forward and your right leg backward and hold*
*Downward Facing Dog*
*Side Forearm Plank facing Left*
*Side Forearm Plank facing Right*
